The app is a habit and wellbeing companion for personal use. It is not medical advice and does not replace a health professional. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU unless a parent consents).
You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
When adding friends or choosing a nickname, do not harass others, impersonate people, or use offensive or unlawful names. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report or block a user from their profile.
Hazelnuts and items are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be transferred.
The app, its artwork and code belong to Cinna Games or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. They are governed by the laws of France, without removing your consumer rights.
